Returns Refunds

Important Note: Due to health and safety regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned once they have left the pharmacy, except in cases of shipping errors or product recalls.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for non-prescription items (over-the-counter products, supplements, and medical supplies) under the following conditions:

  • The item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • The incorrect item was shipped to you by mistake.
  • The request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The product remains in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps to ensure your request is processed quickly and efficiently:

  • Contact our support team via email or Telegram with your order number.
  • Provide clear photographs of the product and the shipping label if it is damaged or incorrect.
  • Wait for our team to issue a Return Authorization Code (RAC).
  • Ship the item back to our designated facility using the instructions provided with your RAC.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Store Credit: We can issue an immediate store credit for your next purchase.
  • Crypto Refunds: For Bitcoin/Crypto payments, refunds will be issued to your provided wallet address based on the USD value at the time of the original transaction.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are excluded from our return and refund policy to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety:

  • Opened or used healthcare products.
  • Items requiring temperature-controlled storage (Refrigerated items).
  • Personal care items and hygiene-sensitive medical supplies.
  • Products purchased during clearance or "Final Sale" events.
